- Advocates for survivors and their varying needs to ensure their comfort and affirm their sense of agency.
- Supports survivors of sexual violence in the aftermath of assault during evidence collection (the SAECK) while in the ER, including psycho education, crisis management, and referral to services.
- Coordinates multiple services, including social work, substance abuse programs, shelter services, legal advocacy, counseling, etc. to facilitate multi-hour evidence collection and ensure post-exam wellness

Big Sister Association of Greater Boston
- Facilitated the agency’s Volunteer Training for over 100 potential Big Sisters, equipping them for their role as a mentor.
- Pioneered the translation of core agency documents previously only in English and Spanish, to Portuguese.
